Device Overview

• Single-button interface: All actions are performed with one button.
• LED strip: Displays patterns, images, and menu navigation feedback.
• Wireless sync: Multiple devices can synchronize their menus and shows.
• Battery powered: Rechargeable via USB.

Turning the Device On & Off

Power On / Unlock

1. Press and hold the button for 1.5 seconds until the unlock animation completes.
2. Release the button when the animation finishes. The menu will appear.

Power Off

1. When unlocked, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
2. Shutdown animation will play, then the device enters deep sleep.

Note: If the device auto-locks after 20 seconds of inactivity, hold the button to unlock again.

Menu Navigation

The menu appears after unlocking or waking. Use the button to cycle through patterns, images, and conductor modes.

• Short Press (tap): Move to the next menu item.
• Long Press (3s): Power off the device.
• Auto-Lock: No input for 20s locks the device.

After a short timeout, the menu fades out and the highlighted item starts playing.

Content Selection & Playback

Tap the button to cycle through menu items. Stop pressing to select. The device will play the highlighted pattern, image, or conductor mode after a short delay.

• Patterns: Animated light shows.
• Images: Static or animated images for the LED strip.
• Conductor Modes: Automated sequences (e.g., Chill, Party, Trippy) that play multiple patterns with unique timing and effects.

Battery & Charging

• Device dims LEDs when battery is low (<15%) to extend runtime.
• Charging reduces LED brightness for efficiency.
• Critically low battery triggers a warning animation and may power down the device.

Wireless Features

• Devices can synchronize menu position and conductor mode wirelessly.
• Wireless sleep command puts all paired devices to sleep instantly.
• Menu and mode changes on one device are reflected on others if paired.

Troubleshooting

• Device does not turn on: Charge the battery. Hold the button for at least 1.5 seconds to unlock.
• No LED output: Check battery level and charge if needed.
• Menu not responding: If auto-locked, hold the button to unlock.
• Debugging: Connect to the serial port (115200 baud) for detailed logs.
